The issuance of tax invoices for transactions made with a credit card is based on the information entered in the client account. If the client account contains the details of a business entity, the tax invoice will be issued to that entity; however, if the client account has the details of an individual, the invoice will be issued to the individual, even if the transaction was made using a card from a business entity. The card processor does not provide any information regarding the legal status of the payer. If the transaction occurred during the current month, you can contact the sales department for resolving the situation and reissuing the invoice.
